Kjeller Vindteknikk AS was established in 1998. Today we are the leading company in wind measurements and analysis in Norway. Our staff contains of meteorologists, physicists, engineers and technicians.
Our long experience comes from a large number of wind power projects, participation in Norewegian studies, developing products, wind measurements and research assignments. This experience makes it possible for us to do a variety of consultant services both for developers and for authorities. Together with our co-operating companies we can offer consulting services for all areas concerning wind power planning, from finding wind power locations to preparing a complete licence application.
We can help you with creating wind resource maps, finding locations, wind measurements, analysing data and energy production calculations. With our long experience and independent position we are also often used for performing Due diligence of energy production calculations.
Since the company was established we have achieved experience from more than 140 wind measurement stations. The last years we have had an average availability of more than 98 % on our measurements.
Normally we install and operate the measurement stations. It is however also possible to buy or rent equipments from us. We can then offer you a large variety of wind measurement masts and equipments together with our guidance and experience.
Kjeller Vindteknikk AS has received Dun & Bradstreet's highest credit rating AAA for the period September 2007 to September 2008.
